com) Job Title Product and Solutions Specialist Job Summary The Product & Solutions Specialist is responsible for supporting all internal processes related to proposal development and solutioning.
The position will assist in building product and service solutions that supports the organization’s win strategy on specific bid and new growth opportunities.
This position will work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to create products and full solutions, including technical baseline, implementation and operations plans.
This position requires a high degree of organization and the ability to move quickly to ensure processes are performed accurately in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Essential Functions Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities Assists with product development activities and support that leads to creating solutions for bid opportunities including developing product strategy and solutions for specific opportunities Conducts market research to provide insight into the product strategy and next product/market segments that align with market development Collaborates with growth sales and capture teams to evaluate market specific opportunities.
Facilitates meetings and organizes discussions around reviewing customer needs to determine product and solutions Partners with Noridian Operations leadership and/or subject matter experts to develop detailed solution designs that lead to the successful acquisition of new customers.
Supports partnership with support areas including IT, Finance, Legal, Contract Administration, Human Resources, etc.

Communicates across Noridian operating units’ solution needs, improvements, and targets.
Supports Proposal development by delivering necessary artifacts, expertise and advise.
Assists with the evaluation of potential partners for their ability to be part of any proposed solution.
Partners with Operations to provide thought leadership, assist in strategic planning, competitive intelligence and market analysis and education.
Collaborates with Innovation, Sales, and Capture Managers to determine and define necessary innovations required to support competitive solutions.
Works with the growth staff to ensure that needed artifacts are captured for each project.
Non-Essential Duties and Functions Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or closely related field OR equivalent work experience as determined by HR.
3 years’ experience in healthcare, insurance, or government contracting operations or similar federal contracting business/es.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
) Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prosper in a fast-paced work environment.
Proven ability to successfully work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications Above requirements and the following: 5 years’ experience in healthcare, insurance, or government contracting operations or similar federal, public sector or commercial contracting business/es.
