SMP Health - St.
Catherine is a non-profit, Catholic faith based organization that operates two skilled nursing facilities in the Fargo/Moorhead area – St.
Catherine 'North' campus (Rosewood on Broadway) and St.
Catherine 'South' campus (Villa Maria).
We provide long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehab services, and are VA, Medicare, and Medicaid contract facilities.

*Role Description*
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Dietitian at our St.
Catherine 'North' campus (Rosewood on Broadway).
The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional status, developing and implementing nutritional care plans, providing nutritional counseling, and supporting food service operations.
The Registered Dietitian serves as an advisor to the Dietary Coordinator, to assure the highest quality food services are provided to the residents at St.
Catherine.
*Job Specific Duties:*
* Initiates and follows nutritional care plans for individual residents.
* Completes nutritional assessments and participates in the MDS process.
* Attend resident care conferences.
* Reports any specific resident food preferences, habits, customs, appetites and physical conditions to the Dietary Coordinator.
* Follows up on dietary concerns with residents in a timely manner.
* Provides nutritional education to residents and families as needed.
* Oversee and monitor resident intake data, communicating information to Providers and the Dietary/Nursing departments as needed
* Develops, updates, and reviews clinical dietary policies/protocols in collaboration with administration
*Qualifications*
* Must hold current registration and licensed as a registered dietitian in the state of North Dakota.
* Experience in long-term care or clinical nutrition settings is preferred
