We are excited to welcome an experienced *Registered Nurse -Skilled Home Health *who embodies our values.
*The ideal candidate will:*
* Provide professional services within the scope of nursing practice standards,
* Collaborate with primary care physicians, and
* Teach patients and their families.
*Responsibilities will include:*
* Providing services to our clients using substantial and specialized nursing skills,
* Initiating appropriate preventative and rehab nursing procedures,
* Preparing and submitting timely clinical and progress notes,
* Overseeing coordination of patient services,
* Completing medical history/home safety check/environmental assessments,
* Performing socio-psychological evaluations,
* Developing individualized Plan of Care (POC) to be submitted to physician for approval,
* Determining medical necessity for other services,
* Evaluating patient’s ADL and IADL abilities and need for home health aide,
* Supervises HHA services and associated requirements and documentation,
* Review billing processes, including co-pay requirements, and
* Exceptional communications with clients, co-workers, and the general public.
* Quality Assurance Experience (QA)
*Qualifications:*
* Graduate of approved professional nursing program (RN) (Required)
* Licensed “in good standing” in North Dakota (Required)
* Experience in the home healthcare industry (Required)
* Organized and meticulous with exceptional level of confidentiality and attention to detail
* Clean criminal background check and drug screening
* CPR certification
