A DAY IN THE LIFE!
Daily, as a diesel technician apprentice, you will work alongside and learn from the industry's best.
Our world-class diesel technicians will teach you a wide range of repairs and services.
You will master both preventative and corrective maintenance.
You will learn at your own pace, learning new skills as you master others.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Preventative maintenance on Peterbilt, Mack, and International trucks including oil changes, filter services, APU services, and other preventative maintenance.
Corrective maintenance on heavy equipment including body panel replacement, electrical failures, power steering issues, and much more!
Diagnosis of equipment issues through inspections and diagnostic software.
How to inspect equipment to ensure a DOT-compliant fleet, ensuring safety as a number one priority.
Professional skills such as prioritization, documentation, and communication skills.
YOUR SKILLSET
A strong desire to learn and grow through hands-on work.
Excellent listening and communication skills for communication with mentors, peers, and drivers.
The ability to work on a team in a fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
Prior experience in computer programs with the ability to learn new software.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Driver's license.
A basic understanding of both hand and power tools.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience with diesel, automotive, or small engines.
SALARY AND SCHEDULE
Salary: $18-$20 per hour, decided based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday – Friday, Weekend shift available (includes shift differential); Overtime eligible.
