Aftermarket Field Reps provide the Dealer Network with support for both Parts and Service information and assistance to help troubleshoot issues with the repair of Versatile Equipment.
Field Reps provide Dealers with Training and ongoing support.
They work with Engineering, Territory Managers and Product Specialists to assist with product quality improvements.

The ideal location for the chosen candidate to reside in or near to Fargo, North Dakota.
This will give you the best access to your service area.
You will also venture into Minnesota and some of South Dakota and the western part of Wisconsin.
*Key Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Provide Dealers with total Aftermarket Support assistance
* Assist the Publications department in developing kit instructions, bulletins, campaigns, as well as updating Operator’s and Service Manuals
* Perform dealer warranty audits
* Work with Engineering and Product Specialists to assist with product quality improvement
* Assist service parts with dealer inquiries and related information
* Immediate on site emergency travel to assist and advise repair for non-operating units
* Attend service and sales meetings
* Assist and provide Dealer training
* Attend and assist with farm shows
*Qualifications:*
* A Mechanic Journeyman Certificate, (Farm or Construction), will consider Mechanical Technologist
* Five (5) or more years’ experience recommended on farm equipment
* A good knowledge base on electrical, hydraulics and mechanical systems
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office, computers and software
* Valid driver’s license and passport.

Salary: $70,000.
