In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
• Process accounts receivable transactions including but not limited to invoicing clients, cash receipts, customer deposits and credit requests.
• Collect on past due customer account balances which includes coordinating with customer and internal teams to resolve any client invoicing issues and/or collections issues.
• Maintain and reconcile a variety of ledgers, examine and correct accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and prepare and post journal entries.
The essential requirements of the job include:
• Accounts receivable and collection experience
• Associates Degree in a financial discipline
• 1+ years relevant work experience
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Microsoft Office
