Our organization is looking for the perfect candidate to join our team in the role of Patient Services Specialist clinic in Fargo, ND.
Hours of work: Typical hours are 9:00-5:00 pm.
Monday-Friday.
Occasionally the hours will fluctuate between 7:30 am and 5 pm.

What you will do: As a Patient Services Specialist, you will support our team, assist with clerical tasks, and contribute to the smooth operation of our office!
Purpose
We walk alongside our clients during their mental health journeys and advocate for them by connecting them with the resources they need to accomplish their mental health goals.
Demonstrate a commitment to the agency's mission, vision, and shared values.
Filing and maintaining patient medical records, including new patients, and releasing information requests.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels in the organization in a team environment

We communicate honestly and openly and focus on our client's best interests.
Greet and assist patients, vendors, and staff, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner.
Proven ability to function effectively in an environment of changing priorities and frequent interruptions.

We provide high-quality education and resources for those who suffer from mental illness or care for those who do.
Assist with Dakota family services clinic operations.
Minimum qualifications/education: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be 21 years of age, able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, and pass a DBGR background check requirement.
