*Position Overview*
This is a field-based per-diem position.
The Mobile Nurse travels to patient homes to perform a variety of clinical services for patients initiating therapy for complex medications.
The services include lab draws, ECG, eye exam, or clinical monitoring.
The Market Dynamics’ (MDx) Operations team contacts the Mobile Nurse with patient referrals in their geographic area as they become available based on patient program enrollments.
Additionally, the position includes a flexible scheduling process, where our team is the liaison of communication between our patients and clinical staff.
*Location: *This is a mobile, in-home position that includes mileage reimbursement.
Mobile Nurses have complete discretion on whether they wish to accept referrals presented to them, and are paid per visit.
*Responsibilities*
* Travel to patient homes to collect and store blood samples from patients.
* Adhere to laboratory safety policies and distribute blood specimens appropriately to designated labs.
* Perform electrocardiograms for patient pre-testing.
* Perform Macular Edema eye exams for patient pre-testing.
If needed, training is provided.
* Complete post-visit documentation paperwork and transmit such paperwork back to the MDx Operations team in a timely manner upon completion of visit.
* Identify and report any adverse events, medical inquiries, or product complaints per MDx and manufacturer guidance.
* Maintain accurate travel time and mileage documentation for billing purposes.
* Manage scheduling communications with network administration teams.
* Monitor storage and inventory of supplies.
* Maintain clean and healthy work environment.
*Qualifications*
* Current active RN license in good standing
* Current driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Current CPR certification
* Phlebotomy experience (2 years preferred)
* Ability to perform an electrocardiogram (Interpretation is not required and equipment will be supplied)
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to transport eye exam equipment
* Willing to travel up to 100 miles and perform clinical services in patient homes
* Strong organization and communication skills
* Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently (fluency in additional languages increases opportunities for case load)
* Successfully pass a third party-administered background check and drug screening
* Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination

*Compensation: *Mobile Nurses are paid per visit; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Pay: $120.
00 - $350.

Experience:
* EKG: 1 year (Preferred)
