YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate closely with freight brokers, customers, carriers, and operations personnel regarding freight bookings.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of freight data into the transportation management system (TMS).
Identify potential risks including delays with pickups/deliveries, documentation, or any other issues that may arise.
Maintain and develop professional relationships with internal and external clients through quality communication and updates.
YOUR SKILLSET
The ability to succeed in dynamic environments where new information frequently adjusts priorities and deadlines.
Proven communication skills across various mediums including email, call, and text.
Interest and drive to become an industry expert and grow professionally.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business (or related program).
SALARY AND SCHEDULE
Salary: $20 - $24.
81 per hour, decided based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time on-site; Monday - Friday; 08:00 – 17:00.
