We are seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health care for children and adolescents aged 10-17.

Responsibilities:
Walk alongside our youth during their mental health journey and advocate for them by connecting them with the resources they need to accomplish their treatment goals.
Provide evidence-based services to help youth meet their goals
Work with a professional, multi-disciplinary team to coordinate and collaborate on services.
Conduct individual, family and group therapy.
Communicate and document services, care, and treatment.
Complete assessments and regularly evaluate effectiveness and outcomes of techniques.
Starting Wage: Base annual salary of $60,000 + DOE
Qualifications:
The successful applicant must:
Be eligible to be licensed in Counseling or Social Work in North Dakota
Have or be working towards a master's or doctorate degree
Including master's Level Addiction Counselors if eligible to be dually licensed
Have an insurable driving record to be able to drive agency vehicles.
Pass a thorough background check, including criminal, abuse, and motor vehicle
