RN - 8CD Med Surg - Surgical Inpatient - SMCF

General job duties.
Types of procedures required.
RN Inpatient Electornic documentation (EPIC), Assessments, Skills, Education and Skills.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
EPIC Compueter Chart, AcuDose and other identified inpatient equipment needs.
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
RN minimum of 1 year previous Medical Surgical experience Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
BLS - must be AHA.
ND or compact state license.
Shift or schedule requirements.
Day/Night rotation as needed;Every Other Weekend.
No Call.
Floating to over units/departments.
Medical Surgical Units at Broadway and SMCF.
South University if needed.
Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
32 bed Census Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.
Days 1: 4-5 and Nights 1: 5-6 Dress Code: Scrubs Navy Blue in Color and purchased/maintained by the RN.

Adult Trauma, Medical and Surgical patients with wide range of medical and surgical needs with Trauma/Orthopedic Trauma and we are certified by TJC for our Hip Fracture Program.
