Medication Delivery Driver/Mental Health Technician

We are seeking part time Medication Delivery Staff, all training and certification provided! While working in the medication delivery program, staff are responsible for delivering and supervising client's self-administer prescribed psychiatric medications to individuals struggling with mental illness or substance use disorders.
Staff are responsible for reporting any increase in psychiatric symptoms observed, reported side effects of the medications and any other concerns the client may share as well as completing thorough documentation in the client's record.
Most of these deliveries are to client's homes in the community on a designated route but some shifts are also within facilities that are scattered throughout the Fargo/West Fargo area.
All training is provided but applicants need to have the internal drive to work independently, have strong problem-solving skills, be able to multitask, and have a desire to learn and expand their knowledge in the field of mental health.
The ability to build a professional relationship and therapeutic rapport with clientele is a critical component to these positions.
The position does require driving a company provided vehicle so you must pass a driving background check and have a clear driving record without accidents or major infractions.
You must also be comfortable navigating the Fargo area and driving in normal winter and seasonal weather conditions.
These are short shifts so they are perfect to work around school, another job or an active family/social life.
We have AM (7:30a-10:30a) and PM shifts (7p-10:30p) available, some staff do one or the other, some do split shift and do both as we are very flexible with our scheduling.
Every other weekend is required at a minimum of all staff.
All training is provided and is paid training hours to become a Registered Nursing Assistant as well as a Certified Medication Aide I in the state of ND.
HS diploma or equivalent is required as well as passing a criminal background check and driving records check.
