The Senior Program Delivery Professional strategically identifies, develops, and implements programs that influence providers, members or market leadership towards value-based relationships and/or improved quality metrics.
The Senior Program Delivery Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
The Senior Program Delivery Professional will assist in the development of programs designed to drive value-based relationships.
This position partners with leaders regarding implementation planning, reviews and communicates results of programs, conduct IT testing, cross functional implementations and influence department strategies by implementing departmental and enterprise goals.
Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2+ years of technical experience related to project implementation to include testing and reporting Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel, Access) with ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field PMP certification a plus Knowledge and experience in health care environment/managed care Strong analytical skills Experience with Epic Work-At-Home Requirements To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
