From marketing to laundry, we take care of you, so you can take care of your clients Paid Time Off offered to ALL of our employees Consistently busy location means steady income; Leader in the skin care industry and Employer of Choice Job Type: Full or Part-Time Responsibilities: • Greet guests and members in professional, friendly manner and select the appropriate Massage Envy Spa facial based on the clients needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest • Provide excellent customer service to all clients • Obtains client's informed consent for facial plan prior to beginning the session • Perform 50 minute customized facial session within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols.
• Complete accurate and legible client intake notes • Create an excellent experience for guests and members through a therapeutic touch and friendly attitude • Promote the health and wellness benefits of facials specific to each client and recommend frequency of visits • Safeguard client information and confidentiality • Execute professional boundaries and do not engage in dual relationships with clients • Maintain a professional clean appearance of self and clinic by wearing a clean and pressed uniform, following the table dressing and draping protocols and keeping the therapy room clean • Achieve personal & clinic goals to help build spa Qualifications: • Must have an active Esthetics License as required by law • Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate and complete records • Must pass background check • Understand and believe in the benefits of skin care and massage therapy • Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, fellow therapists and sales staff • Understand the importance of at home care regiments, and sales in spa Benefits: • Flexible schedules • Steady clientele • Medical & dental • Employee massage & facials • Employment growth opportunities • Performance Based Bonuses +
