Positions available/Role Details
Monday-Friday.
80-hours per pay period.
Works weekends as necessary.
Will make periodic visits to all shifts.
On-call status as needed.

YOU!
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current MN nursing license – Registered Nurse license required
Preference given to experience in managing staff, administration, or has been a Director of Nursing in a geriatric setting.

Work effectively with minimal supervision, effective communication skills, and ability to lead a group of people in completing tasks
Experience in long-term care setting helpful
Meet the physical job demands of this position
Key roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
In charge of resident care: personal, medical, emotional and spiritual
Educate and train on current state and federal regulations
Assists in development and implementation of policies and programs
Assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
Demonstrates the ability to assess and evaluate resident needs and coordinate nursing care activities so that these needs are met throughout the department
Reviews charts, records, assignments and nursing care plans for appropriateness of care rendered and thoroughness of documentation
Monitors day-to-day performance of staff and responds appropriately to both positive and negative outcomes
