Job Summary The Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) in Fergus Falls has an opening for Licensed Drug & Alcohol Intern to join a team dedicated to helping people on the road to recovery.
The schedule of work will be determined with finalist and will be required to complete hours as required by their academic program.
CARE provides residential treatment for adults with substance abuse disorders.
CARE Fergus Falls specializes in the delivery of integrated dual-diagnosis treatment for co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders.
All services are person-centered, building on the individual's interests and capacity for growth, leading to a lifelong process of recovery.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications To qualify, applicants must: · Candidate must be currently enrolled in an Alcohol and Drug Studies program with an accredited college or university program.
· Candidate should have completed introductory coursework in substance abuse theories and practices or individual and group counseling skills coursework.
