Farmstead Living is seeking a full-time day LPN.
Pay range: $20-25 DOE
Vaccines encouraged, but not required.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Provide highest level of care for all Residents
Various assessments performed on residents to ensure safety and health.
Follow, evaluate and implement changes to care plan as needed with IDT
Input new orders from provider for meds and treatments accurately and efficiently.
Provide leadership to CNA/Caregivers to ensure Resident’s needs are being met, as well as when staffing changes are needing to be made, within Scope of Practice
Must have Effective Time Management Skills, great attention to detail, be a team player, effective communication skills and critical thinking skills to manage emergency situations should they arise.
Provide accurate documentation in records.
Comply with all company policies and procedures as well as regulations from MDH
Communicate needs of all residents for the shift at report with staff to ensure all needs are met.
Responsible for the shift and caregivers.
Interacts with physicians and other health care providers as needed.
Annual continuing education for Licensure to remain current, as well as annual education with the company.
Provide excellent nursing care for all residents
Assist RN with training, supervising, and educating staff
Comply with facility policies and procedures
Experience required
Current MN LPN license
