Heartland PCA is currently seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a full-time / part-time / on-call Qualified Professional (QP) role in the Red River Valley.
The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player with good computer skills, and must be willing to travel a large area.
Knowledge and/or experience working with Native American communities, culture, and customs is a must.
Duties include:
- Travel to clients' homes
- Travel to different office locations
- Supervise, train, orientate, and evaluate PCAs
- Develop care plans
- Maintain open communication between clients, staff, and case managers
- Evaluate the effectiveness of PCA services
