5 months old male Rat Terrier (Campbell,MN)

Chase is in need of his forever home, he came to me as kinda a rescue I bought one of his litter mates and then found out the litter mates needed homes/ or someone to take them and find them homes, I took him and his 3 other siblings in, chase had gotten adopted out right away with another sibling, but got returned because the adopter decided 2 pups were to much to handle at once.
So here he is looking for his forever home.
He is doing amazing on potty training as long as he is let out often.
He is working on the not jumping.
He gets along great with other dogs big and small, he gets along fine with cats/kittens as I have foster kittens.
He is kennel trained for at night or when you are away.
He loves treats and is treat motivated.
I would love to see him go to a home where someone is home most of the time.
He has been around kids as young as 2.
5 years old and does fine he just like to jump and we are working on that.
He does have his first set of shots but none since then.
I can take him to my vet and have this done but than his fee would go up to reflect the vet visit and his shots.
