Rehoming Cat

Unfortunately, we have to rehome our cat.
He’s started to swat at 17 month old.
We’ve had him since 2021 so this is new behavior for him.
He’s a good cat and has never scratched her, but it’s scaring her enough that we need to just rehome him.
Looking for 100 rehoming fee with his cat tree, litter box, and food.
