Pitbull (Fargo)

This is not my dog, my neighbors dog.
They don’t take care of him and he’s outside 24/7, even during the winter.
Just want him to go to a good home, he will NOT be used for dog fighting or a bait dog, so don’t try.
I am asking for a small rehoming fee to prevent this, but he is a very cuddly dog, he “smiles” when he’s happy.
He is fixed and vetted.
