Senior female cat needs new home (Fargo)

We need to find a new home for our 9 year old black cat.
She is very sweet, quiet, and sleeps most of the day.
She unfortunately does not like our two male cats, and has decided to mark her territory right outside the litter box.
She’s had previous checkups to make sure it’s not a health issue; and we’ve noticed this behavior occurs right after our boys use the box.
Otherwise she will use a completely untouched litter box.
Once our males use it, she will only mark right outside the box on the pad.
We are looking for someone without pets or kids, that can give her a home where she feels comfortable and safe.
She is fine with kids, but she gets scared with loud/fast moving kids (our toddler).
