Looking for small puppy (Fargo)

Hi,I'm looking for a small breed puppy to bond with.
My narcissistic ex took my dog away from me and decided to live right beside me and show him off,I'm unable to move as I live with my parents due to the trauma and potential to hurt myself.
It would be nice to have a dog to call my own again.
I'm able to pay a rehoming fee up to $50 as I'm try my best to move into somewhere close.
