Looking for a young dog

Looking for a puppy or young dog.
Preferably one that is fixed and utd on shots.
Must be good with dogs and people.
I unfortunately just spent over 2,000$ on vetting for my puppy that was going to be a Service dog so do not have much for rehoming fee.
(Maybe 100 or less).
He had emergency surgery and went into shock after.
His injury will make it impossible for him to fufilk the Service Dog work.
I am enrolled in college to be a dog trainer and I am open to all breeds that weigh more than 30lbs.
Some breeds I have most experience in is.
