Job Responsibilities
Our goal is to maintain necessary loan servicing actions including monitoring and maintaining loan collateral insurance information in compliance with credit union policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Arrive at work each day full of energy and ready to provide unsurpassed customer service to our members while maintaining our tradition of community trust.
Monitor CPI tracking reports provided by contracted vendors for consumer and residential loan CPI deficiencies.
Process loan CPI add-ons and refunds as well as CPI payment increases and decreases for consumer and residential real estate loans.
Respond to members and insurance agents by phone or mail to take appropriate action to acquire the necessary insurance information.
Scan and update business loan insurance information and loan collateral to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
Maintain the integrity of the member relationship management solution and sales program by accurately recording and tracking member encounters.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
At least one year of financial institution experience.
Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change.
Ability to communicate, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.
