On-Site Property Manager

Bennett Park Cooperative is a manufactured home community in Moorhead, MN.
It is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors that is elected by the membership.
The park is in need of an onsite manager that lives in the Fargo/Moorhead area and can be available 8-10 hours a week as needed.
Duties include inspecting home exteriors and issuing citations for community rules violations, maintaining communications with residents, collecting lot rent, creating monthly financial reports to be presented to the board, and working with law enforcement if emergencies should arise.
Pay will be a base rate based on experience, plus a percentage of the lot rent that is collected each month from residents.
Experience working with diverse communities and communities that have experienced trauma is required.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.
