LOAN PROCESSOR & ADMINISTRATOR - CONSUMER OVERVIEW
Provide administrative support to First Western Bank & Trust’s consumer lenders.
Provide proper documentation to Loan Operations to track required insurance and collateral for consumer loans and consumer real estate loans
Summarize loan files and document exceptions or outstanding items
Scan and index loan documents per policy guidelines
Maintain complete loan file documentation including but not limited to loan application, credit application, escrow disclosures, and appraisals on in-house loans
Assist the lenders in coordinating with title companies & assist with closings
Prepare loan documents using Encompass loan documentation software
Enter HMDA information into the loan software
Regularly monitor files for compliance including ensuring documents are current regarding insurance and other certificates
Verify and examine information and accuracy of loan
LOAN PROCESSOR & ADMINISTRATOR - CONSUMER QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree in business related field or equivalent work experience
2 years’ experience in banking or real estate lending
Knowledge of administrative, clerical procedures and accounting principles preferred
Proficient computer skills required; especially in Microsoft Office and bank loan software programs
LOAN PROCESSOR & ADMINISTRATOR - CONSUMER SKILLS/ABILITIES
Ability to work independently
Demonstrate written and oral communication skills
Highly organized with careful attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage time effectively between priorities
Reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations
