Job Summary:
This position specializes in the processing of payments and payoffs for 1-4 Family Mortgage secured loans.
This position will also process transaction exceptions, rejects, or returned items.
This position is responsible for keying all mortgage servicing transaction maintenance.
Primary Duties:
Update and maintain position procedures.
Process mortgage servicing payments.
Responsible for processing NSF, ACH rejects, NOC/Return transactions and any unposted items when received.
Process daily reports.
Process transactions through branch capture.
Review and process Federal File.
Research exception items from item processing.
Monitor and work suspense queues.
Handle customer inquiries regarding mortgage servicing 1-4 Family 1st Mortgage loans.
Responsible for processing all cashiering tasks through Black Knight MSP system.
Process mortgage payoffs and research payoff shortages.
This position is required to maintain a working knowledge of all Bell Bank, State, Federal and investor guidelines in order to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.

Job Skills Required:
Prior work-related experience or prior bank servicing experience.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Ability to work independently with good organizational skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Communication skills to interact professionally with lenders and customers.
Detail oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
