*Job Summary* Prairie Property Management has an opening for a part-time, Leasing Specialist for our apartment homes located in Fargo, ND and Moorhead, MN.
Duties include renting apartments and townhomes, providing exceptional customer service to current and future residents, and general administrative duties.
Must have good communication, basic computer skills, be well organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Must be able to multi-task in a busy office atmosphere.
*Qualifications and Skills* Shows and leases apartments or townhouses to future tenants.
Assists with other office and on-site property-related duties as necessary to contribute to the property’s overall performance.
Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.
00 - $17.
