WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our company is on the search for an experienced Community Manager to lead our on-site property teams and ensure service standards & sales goals are achieved.
As a Community Manager at Enclave Property Management, you would:
Train, lead & set goals for on site property team (Assistant Community Managers, Leasing Consultants, & Resident Ambassadors)
Manage all on-site operations including sales operations, resident relations, vendor relations, curb appeal, etc.
Improve property financials though invoice/contract negotiation, market analysis, competitive rent & incentive programs, and developing unique strategies for increasing income and reducing property expenses
Own the monthly delinquency/collection process by filing small claims, approving payment plans, and communicating with delinquent residents
Lead by example and provide top-notch customer service to residents and internal team members
Skills & Qualifications:
High School Degree required
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
Previous residential management experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Appfolio experience a plus!
Basic understanding of financial statements
Independent leader who has a history of developing others
Analytical and problem solving skills to effectively resolve day-to-day issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding organization and planning skills
