United Community Bank is a 100+ year old family-owned community bank with locations in Perham, Dent, and Frazee.
We are currently seeking a full-time Mortgage Lender to join our team at our main location in Perham.

YOUR ROLE:
Promote UCB and its lending services to the local realtors and builders.
Build relationships and foster new mortgage lending opportunities.
Identify and serve the community's financial needs by listening, analyzing financial situations, and determining appropriate loan product offerings.
Provide outstanding customer service to effectively help clients achieve their financial goals.
Be involved in and portray a professional presence throughout the community.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Bachelor's degree preferred
One to two years of experience in a financial institution or loan office setting preferred, but not required.
Ability to communicate with clients and coworkers/management in a professional, personable, and confidential manner.
Effective sales, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
