Service Technician

Join our amazing team in Wahpeton, ND! We are looking for an experienced service technician to work at Dakota's Estates apartments, and Dakota's Edge townhomes.
Job Summary: Hours will vary, depending on need on any after hours emergencies that arise.
This position will be approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Snow shoveling and salting.
Curb Appeal and Grounds Maintenance.
Painting.
Electrical.
Plumbing.
Boiler Maintenance.
General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work.
Drywall repair.
High attention to detail.
Must be able to cost effectively analyze work needed and problem solve.
Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
Ideal candidate will: Be available to start ASAP.
Live within 15 minutes of the properties in Wahpeton, ND.
Must provide own, basic tools; the property provides larger equipment and specialty tools.
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
