WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
As a Lead Property Maintenance Technician at Enclave Property Management you provide support and expertise to other property Service Technicians while assisting in the general maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
The Senior Technician helps train and develop other Service Technicians and supports residents through the timely completion of maintenance service requests.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of all current and proposed properties
Subject matter expert within assigned region to provide support and guidance to Service Technicians and Community Managers as needed
Communicates regularly with Regional Manager to provide reports on region and property needs/issues
Float across properties as needed, to cover staffing vacancies, provide expertise, and/or support team members in situations requiring multiple technicians
Aid in the planning of unit turnovers at month end and assist as needed
Assists Service Technicians in maintaining a clean and organized shop and mechanical room
Conducts regional tool inventory
Assists in managing service technician coverage and workload for assigned region
Management of assigned region's on-call schedule
Acts as a knowledge expert, providing technical assistance to Service Technicians.
Supports building inspections by walking property and providing supporting maintenance documentation (i.
e.
, city, fire, and financing)
Supports the implementation of updated and new processes and procedures
Skills & Qualifications:
Associate degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a similar role
Previous property management is a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve day-to-day issues
Ability to work and direct team members
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and planning skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Appfolio software experience a plus!
Valid Drivers License
