WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The Regional Property Manager is responsible for leading and directing property functions within a portfolio.
This position will work both independently and with company executives to strategize and implement both long- and short-term company goals.
As the organization grows, this individual may take on management of new, future market acquisitions.
Manage overall financial, operational, and resident satisfaction performance of portfolio
Assist in the development of overall sales, financial, marketing, and service strategies
Ensure ongoing and timely financial budgeting, analysis, and reports
Hire, develop, and manage all site personnel for portfolios
Support and set metrics for team members and property performance
Implement policies and procedures with clear communication and follow up
Negotiate and manage all third-party vendor contracts for each property
Manage the growth of the property management division
Conduct periodic inspection of properties to ensure market-ready conditions
Monitor and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures as well as compliance with federal, state, and local Fair Housing and OSHA laws
Build on and continually improve the systems process, and procedures used to manage properties to consistently high standards to include Enclave SOPs
Work closely with executive leadership to improve profit and productivity of property portfolios
Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of strategic property management experience, with the ability to motivate and drive team performance
Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
Great attention to detail, a high level of accuracy & strong organizational skills
Continuous improvement mindset and highly motivated to achieve goals
Excellent negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills
Team focused, with a desire to improve process and workflow across all departments
Self-motivated with the desire to work independently and be resourceful
