Dealership Parts & Service Counter Representative

The Dealership Parts & Service Counter Representative is a full time year round position responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers in the parts and service department.
This includes assisting customers in purchasing parts, maintaining the appearance of the parts inventory, following established procedures on ordering parts, assisting service managers with updating customers on the status of their work orders, and being a resource to both customers and employees at the parts and service counter.
