Overview:
As a Digital Apparel & Footwear Merchandiser, you will get to work closely with our E-Commerce leadership team and buying office to partner on product launches, vendor dropship programs, identifying key trends and digital marketing to our footwear customers.
Daily uploading of brand and product data to our website using all forms of digital media.
You will be responsible for working within the team to build a world-class online shopping experience for all things apparel.
Responsibilities:
Management of brands and specialty Apparel & Footwear shops on scheels.

Collect, enter, and upload brand and product data from vendors to the website including images, copy, product specifications, and all forms of digital media
Daily management of brand/category marketing efforts, pricing, promotions, sales and strategies
Provide a strong understanding of retail systems, inventory/buying, and digital merchandising
Product knowledge in relevant shops/categories to improve product pages, customer experience, support CX cases, and customer Q&A.
Remain highly organized with ability to follow-up on the smallest details and strong initiative for continuous improvement
Maintain a strong, proven ability to communicate well and work independently as well as with a team
Must be flexible to work between 7 am.
and 5 pm.
, Monday through Friday, averaging 40 hours per week
Some customer service shifts will be required throughout the holiday season, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree in a related field and/or 2+ years of retail, sales, E-commerce, or similar experience.
Preference for candidates with prior shop management and/or sales experience (2+ years)
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
