Description: SPA DIRECTOR; Responsible for modeling behavior for the entire skincare team.
This management role is responsible for mentoring, evaluating, training, and leading the skincare staff; may also be responsible for the clinic's staffing needs.
This position reports to the Clinic Manager.
Job Duties: * Perform our Skincare services which include: Facials, Facial Waxing, Microderm Infusion, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and LED Light Facials.
* Models exceptional customer service skills and adheres to all established clinic policies for the entire clinic staff to emulate.
* Sets the tone for the skincare staff and is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment.
* Conducts Esthetician performance evaluations.
* Mentors skincare staff respectfully and honestly effectively communicating and helping to create success for every esthetician.
* Implements a training program for new Estheticians.
* Inventory management.
* Meet retail goals set per client.
* Potential for career advancements involving multiple locations.
Job Requirements: * Must have a current Master ND Esthetician License * Must adhere to all standards and policies specified in the clinic's employee handbook.
