$200 / 2br - Place to stay when your in town (Moorhead)

Looking for an independent dependable person to rent out two of my rooms I have I usually tend to stay in the living room .
And am usually working from 10:30 to 6:30 would be nice to have someone who has a different schedule just so we’re not clashing .
I can have it set up for you to have a blow up bed be at this point the whole house is unfurnished .
This is just a place in between places if you choose to need a place for more time and we get along we can talk that through but this is a room at 200 every week I can move it to 150 depending on circumstances but this is non negotiable.
I am a 23 year old female .
No weirdos , no convicts , no drug addicts .
I do not consider 420 bad .
No bad vibes .
No people over .
This is again a place between places .
Work sleep .
But we all have things and I don’t want my things touched or misplaced .
You need to buy your own food, utensils , soap , everything .
What is yours is it’s and what is mine is mine .
You will literally be just paying my light bill so please don’t give me issues .

My rent is 800 and my lights are 250 no including internet which is 100 dollars and off street parking and groceries and other expenses I have .
I only include this because some have questions as to why the rent is 200 when 200 doesn’t even scratch the surface
