I have a very comfortable newer spacious home in a great location in Moorhead, a block from the bus stop.
It has no steps and handicapped accessible with a lovely patio great for morning coffee and evening chats.
The garage is oversized and attached.
I do not buy tv, but I have an antenna and stream.
If you want tv, you can buy if you choose.
All utilities are included* and I am gone a lot, so you would have a lot of privacy.
Your bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished.
I love to play cards, dine in or out, entertain, dance, play pickleball and go to social events.
I am looking for someone that is positive, like minded, clean, no illegal drugs, smokers, pets or unwarranted overnight guests.
Must pass credit and background check.
*if utilities are kept reasonable, there will be no utility fee.
