It's quite & very safe here.
I am landlord and owner of the house.
Will be buying a second refrigerator so there should be plenty of room for everybody's stuff.
I'm a real stickler about keeping your room and the rest of the house clean if you are a pig please don't even bother I won't tolerate it.
We are looking for a man to move in, but will consider all.
MUST BE CLEAN, YOUR ROOM AND ALL COMMONS AREAS.
I will not tolerate a pig.
Room has queen memory foam bed chair and desk, but they can be remover if you have your own you wish to use.
