* This position is responsible for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of existing relationships, support new business development efforts, and provide excellent customer service support for clients.

* *Customer Service and Customer Retention*
* Ensure that Insurance Agency service standards are met.
* Correspond with new prospects to obtain all needed information to complete comparison offers.
* Organize documents for new client applications and process executed documents to ensure they have been entered into the system and retained electronically.
* Counsel clients regarding insurance and financial matters, advising them on products and rates, suggesting a strategy to obtain the best results based on individual desires and resources.
* Resolve client problems, obtaining information, researching records and following up on details to resolve the matter to the client’s satisfaction, whenever possible.
* Organize documents for Insurance and Financial Reviews.
* *Business Development*
* Develop business by calling on potential clients outside of the Insurance Agency.
* Participate in various professional associations and community activities to enhance the Insurance Agency’s visibility and to further personal development.
* *Training / Development*
* Attend and actively participate in training sessions as scheduled to exchange product knowledge.
* Provide staff with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
* *Production*
* Ensure all Agency production goals are met by selling Insurance Agency products and services through personal contact and marketing efforts.
* Open personal, commercial and farm accounts, preparing all permanent records.
* Continue to enhance cross-selling skills and techniques.
* *Other duties*
* Assume other duties as assigned by the Insurance Agency.
