Responsibilities: Prospect and recruit a variety of affiliate partners that align with the business Own the Impact Radius - Affiliate platform, reporting and operational details, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job Engage with partners and optimize relationships through regular communication Monitor partner links, posts and promotional efforts to ensure affiliates are meeting commitments and expectations Use reporting to analyze performance of affiliate partners and make data-driven decisions Partner with internal teams (merchandising, designers, marketing) to help with the strategy and execution of promoting SCHEELS products along with providing insight on performance Create and assist with weekly reporting documents and benchmarks Requirements: Customer Service Genuinely and consistently treat co-workers, customers and business partners like they are the most important person including eye contact, a smile and a genuine “Thank you” Culture Approach daily tasks, projects and follow-up communication with energy and sense of urgency Cultivate a deep desire to become a knowledge expert in their role with the ability to apply their knowledge and experience with great impact.
