Mechanical Inside Sales

*Inside Sales- Mechanical* Inside Sales Staff has an intricate roll within Malloy working with all departments in our organization to manage the day-to-day business of our customer accounts.
*Duties and Responsibilities:* * Work with Field Sales Staff.
* Assist Service Department as needed.
* Quote projects, working with specialists if needed.
* Quote customers on day-to-day business.
* Follow up via phone and/or email.
* Develop relationships with assigned accounts.
* Back up-front counter.
* Continued education on products and software *Requirements:* * High School diploma * Postsecondary Education * Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Mechanical aptitude.
* Positive attitude.
* Team player.
* Possess problem solving skills.
* Organizational skills.
* Phone etiquette * Safety minded.
