The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with end-user customer segments and independent reseller network for Bobcat.
Identify new customer opportunities and drive sales volume in order to meet company objectives.
*Role & Responsibility*
* Work to increase sales to new and current customers in rental, construction, landscaping, and agriculture industries.
* Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision makers.
* Collaborate with resellers to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and review sales data and contribute to sales forecasting.
* Drive revenue growth and market share improvement through proactive action plans.
* Respond to customer orders and troubleshoot any issues to resolution.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed customer expectations.
* Utilize and provide constructive feedback regarding sales administration processes and tools to improve customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
* Escalate and work with cross-functional stakeholders for complex issue resolution and product or process improvement.
*Job Requirement*
* Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
* Experience Required: 2-5 years
* Travel Required: <20%
* Dedication to excellent customer service.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide quick turnaround response to customers
* Demonstrated ability to challenge and improve upon existing processes
* Knowledge of construction equipment and industry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with success in maintaining and organizing data.
* Able to build positive business relationships and work collaboratively across organizational boundaries.
* Experience working in a team environment.
