* Spearhead sales and marketing strategies to promote our custom-built homes and expand our client base.
* Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to drive innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Contribute to the development of a comprehensive sales and marketing plan aligned with company goals and objectives.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Responsible for overseeing the home purchasing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
* Organizing loan documentation ensuring the timely and smooth processing of mortgage applications.
* Maintain clear communication between borrowers, lenders, and other stakeholders.
