Job Summary: As the Online Sales Specialist at Jordahl Custom Homes, you will play a pivotal role in steering our online sales and marketing endeavors.
Your keen understanding of market dynamics will be crucial as you analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement marketing strategies that will increase visibility and drive revenue growth.
You will draw on your relationship building skills to successfully qualify and nurture leads and customer inquiries, seamlessly guiding them from warm prospects to scheduled sales appointments.
Duties/Responsibilities: * Take a proactive approach to lead generation, actively seeking out and pursuing potential customers through various online channels.
* Utilize digital channels such as websites, social media, and online advertising to attract potential customers generating leads/inquiries.
* Create and curate compelling online content to showcase JCH homes.
* Conduct virtual tours or online presentations to showcase homes and answer potential buyers' questions.
* Develop and manage online advertising campaigns to target specific demographics and geographic areas.
* Monitor the performance of digital ads and adjust strategies based on analytics.
* Implement strategies to optimize the conversion rates of online visitors to qualified leads and, ultimately, to customers.
* Set and strive to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
* Provide online customer support to address inquiries and facilitate a positive customer experience.
* Implement and manage a CRM system to track leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.
* Guide leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to scheduled appointments and eventual home purchases.
* Develop and sharpen negotiation and closing skills to effectively convert leads into sales, maximizing commission potential.
* Implement strategies to foster long-term relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referral generation.
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from online interest to appointment.
Required Skills/Abilities: * Thorough understanding of industry practices, theories, and policies.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
* Two years of related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $42,000.
