The primary function of this position is to manage specific accounts within a brokerage division of Magnum Logistics.
You will be the dedicated account manager for customer accounts, working closely with carrier sales and customer service specialists.
Participate in RFPs for assigned accounts, including procuring capacity for new lanes and negotiating rates to offer competitive pricing.
Frequently contact customers for assigned accounts for additional business and establishing rapport.
Negotiate rates on existing lanes following current market conditions, utilizing our TMS (TMW Suite), DAT, and other tools to maximize profitability.
Address and resolve concerns for assigned customers.
Manage assigned customers according to established yearly goals and divisional budget.
Communicate with the Logistics team, be coached, and collaborate with a team.

Must work in Coon Rapids or Fargo Magnum office locations.

Education/Experience
High school diploma/GED required.
Experience with TMW Suite, DAT, or Truckmate (TMW) software experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above is preferred.
