The YMCA is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist the Vice President of Marketing in implementing marketing strategies for the recruitment and retention of members, program participants, and employees!

Marketing Coordinator:
Work with Member Services, Youth Programs, Fitness, Aquatics, and Group Fitness teams to produce and distribute all marketing related communications including website, newsletters, social media, signage, and other messaging in an effort to recruit and retain participants and highlight the department's offerings and impact
Creates, maintains and manages all YMCA internal signage and marketing pieces including bulletin boards, posters, banners, lobby displays, display cases, etc.
and any necessary collateral materials used by YMCA departments including templates, handbooks, flyers, newsletters, etc.
Assists with developing, coordinating, and administering promotions, advertisements, and public relations materials
Assists with planning and managing specific YMCA events, initiates activities and membership appreciation days.
In addition, manages signage, takes photographs, etc.
at YMCA events
Facilitates YMCA booths or other involvement at community and corporate events, including Chamber events, health/benefit fairs, and corporate events
Pay & Benefits:
$17.
40+ hour

Qualifications:
2-year degree in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of directly related experience, training and/or education
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Prefer a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
Strong graphic design skills required, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience with basic video editing, website and social media management
