Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of e-learning experiences through the proficient use of PowerPoint and ISpring Suite.
Your collaborative skills will be essential as you work closely with subject matter experts to craft compelling and effective learning materials.
Beyond e-learning, you will play a role in managing internal digital communication platforms, including newsletters and employee communications.
Additionally, your creativity will shine as you oversee employee recognition initiatives and effectively manage social media platforms.
A meticulous approach is required to ensure the accurate processing of co-op marketing reimbursements, providing crucial support for e-learning needs.
Your contributions extend beyond the digital realm, as you actively participate in the planning and execution of both employee and customer appreciation events.
Lastly, your versatility will be showcased as you occasionally provide administrative and executive-level support, rounding out a multifaceted and impactful set of responsibilities.
Requirements:
Associate in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field preferred, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience, with consideration for experience gained during education.
Previous experience in marketing, training, or related fields preferred with support for middle to upper-level management.
Experience in managing internal marketing, social media, and communication projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and ISpring Suite for e-learning development.
Familiarity with digital communication platforms, Reach Media Players, and Adobe Photoshop.
Basic knowledge of website content management.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Creative and innovative mindset for developing engaging materials.
