Regional Account Manager

Prairie St.
John's has been providing services for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997.
Prairie offers inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, and intensive outpatient services.
Accredited by The Joint Commission, we are the largest, freestanding behavioral health facility in the region.
More than 4,000 patients receive care from our compassionate health care team each year at Prairie St.
John's.

John's is seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager, who is a highly efficient, self-motivated and dynamic individual to promote our therapeutic programs.
The Regional Account Manager serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
The Regional Account Manager is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods.
In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Regional Account Manager presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community.
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for the implementation of the facility’s strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals.
The Regional Account Manager is expected to make face-to-face visits with referral sources five days a week.
Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening and weekend hours, as directed by the Director of Business Development.
This position's designated territory will be North Dakota and Minnesota.

Qualifications:
Regional Accounts Manager Requirements:
Requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in either healthcare, sales, marketing, business management or customer service.
Must be able to work independently, accept rejection or criticism and maintain highly confidential information.
Transportation must be reliable in order to visit referral sources.
